Wedding Season On A Budget

Everyone you know on your social networking friends list always seem to decide to set their wedding date for the Summer don't they? The bank balance panics as you're about to spend a hefty amount on an outfit that more than likely you will just wear for the big event. My latest find is a stunning dress you can wear again and again for just £5. Yes, five Great British Pounds.

It's easily styled with a plain kimono because let's be honest Summer weddings in the UK have a rain shower along the way somewhere. Or just for the comfort after a lot of wine influenced dancing into the early hours.

We're keeping this outfit on a budget so it's worth a trip to Primark for their statement necklaces. They have loads and loads of great pieces at the moment and all under £10 I've noticed.

Sticking with the mint green accessory theme just because it's been my favourite colour lately. Plus, it suits really well with the nude pink dress.

Another Primark find for the footwear option. Your feet will no doubt hurt at 1am and those 5 inch heels will come off. Gold embellishment takes them from a day to night outfit though.

I found this on a sale rail quite a while back now in Peacocks of all places. It's fairly spacious too because we are females and we will over pack, it's in our nature I'm sure.

You might be still wondering where is this gorgeous yet simple dress available from for just five pounds?
You can buy it HERE from justfor5pounds.com.

Spring/Summer Picks On A Budget

You've got January blues, Christmas has been and gone and all you can think of is jumping on a plane to somewhere hot, am I right? That's exactly how it is for me. We booked our holiday for September time a few days ago and over the past few weeks all I have done is look at is clothes/shoes/bikinis/bags for the holiday. I'm literally itching for more SS14 collections to come out all the time. Let's be honest part of January Blues means that you are a little bit skint, over spending around the festive period is easily done. If you are like me and want your hands on some SS14 pieces already then look no further than Just For £5. Yes, everything is just a fiver.

Dresses. Of course pastels and floral prints go hand in hand for SS14. Whether you need a casual cover up for by the pool or something more for an evening walk along the beach. My favourite is the bow detailed baby pink dress, also available in mint, beige and black. If any of these dresses are catching your eye then click the numbers and it will take you there!

Tops. When the weather gets warmer there's nothing worse than clothes that stick to you. So I'm a fan of chiffon style tops that flow, making oversized the best style. You will find with Just For £5 that a lot of there styles are available in many different colours too. I really like the pearl pattern blouse with the scallop detailing, also in bright coral shades too.

Bottoms. Everyone should know by now I am a massive fan of patterned trousers so there is no surprise I have featured some here. I much prefer wearing a bit of colour on the bottom half and add something monochrome to the top half. I adore cobalt blue shades so the pleated skirt is a big hit for me.

Accessories. I'm not usually one for brightly coloured bags and usually opt for a tan coloured one as you can see. The accessories range has plenty of cute detailed items available that will finish any outfit off. A lot of these items are again available in different colours.

Shoes. Again I opt for less striking colours in my shoe choices. Darks, nudes and sandals are done the best on Just For £5 though. I'm really loving these sandals and there's plenty more styles available too. If we're thinking of what's going to fit in our case though a few pairs of shoes which go with everything is always a good start I'd say, no hefty over weight baggage charges for us smart girls.

It's often questioned why these items can be sold for so little, Just For £5 have been supplying to the industry for 10 years and decided to take to online as it becomes increasingly popular. I've seen nothing but good reviews of the quality of items brought. It makes you think how over priced some things are in shops.

Just a little note to say I've spent a few weeks scanning the Just For £5 website and some items are now out of stock that are featured. However, popular items often appear on the 'back in stock' page so keep your eyes peeled. So are you going to try Just For £5?

Dress Ideas for Christmas

Christmas is often the season of giving. A lot of giving can mean you're a little short of money for yourself, especially when it comes to outfits for the party season. Introducing your answer to bagging yourself maybe even a couple of outfits on a tight budget! Just For £5 are a brand that sell everything at £5 - what it says on the tin really. A lot of people question why they can sell for such low prices - they have actually been selling to the industry for 10 years and decided to do this online as well! You may already know I work in retail and I'm always left shocked how much clothing items cost to make compared to how much they get sold for! In this post I have picked out 6 dresses in different shapes and styles as well as 6 pairs of shoes - 3 flats and 3 heels.

#
After scanning the Just For £5 website for a while I noticed they had loads of nice monochrome dresses. We all know monochrome is a style that never expires and can be worn any time of the year - including Christmas! Dress number two is definitely my favourite.

#
I picked out another few dresses again. This time I focused on the colour red as the theme. All dresses are different shades and styles. I think they're all pretty simple dresses which means there is plenty of accessories you could jazz them up with. I love dress number four as it's so simple but statement at the same time.

4 - Hem Detail Skater Dress
5 - Long Sleeve Burgundy Skater Dress
6 - Chiffon Pleated Party Dress
#
My top picks of the flats! I've chosen your typical darker shaded shoes as it would go well with several outfits. I think shoe number three is a brilliant twist on a classic loafer style with the glitter.
#
Again sticking with the black shoe theme except for the dark green wedges. The black heels however both have something a bit different about them rather than your standard black wedge or court pair of heels! And shoe number five is my favourite out the collection, the most perfect shade for Christmas time!

So what do you think about Just For £5? One last thing, there cut off date for deliveries on time for Christmas is 18th December and everything comes first class postage too!
